After being added to my list, candidates send me their CV and note of interest in response to my announcements and only if they are a good match for the positions that I am recruiting. I forward your CV to the client only when you have indicated interest in a job and match the minimum requirements for the job. If you do not match the positions I announce, I hope you will forward my announcements to your colleagues who may benefit by the announcement.
I am always glad to see new member that have international development experience, join my group. Most of the positions that I recruit require that the applicants have prior experience in the “international development” sector and in multiple countries.
My service is free to potential job candidates. I am already compensated by International Development organizations, and there is no charge, to you, for joining my alerts lists or finding a job through our services.
